Welcome to V-Pump Google Sheet App (the “App”), provided by Volendra (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

 

1. Use of the App

The App is designed to query information from an ERP system and display it in a Google Sheet opened by the client. The App is provided solely as a tool for facilitating data access from the ERP system, and it does not collect, store, or process any data on behalf of Volendra.

 

2. No Data Collection or Storage

This App does not collect or store any user data or ERP data. Data is queried directly from the ERP system and displayed in real-time within the Google Sheet for the client’s immediate use. No data is retained by the App or Volendra beyond the duration of the session.

 

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of this App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of querying ERP data.

• Not attempt to access data for which you do not have authorization.

• Follow applicable laws and ERP data usage policies as defined by your organization.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and scripts to the App, including its code, are owned by Volendra . You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Volendra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid, if any, to use the App.

 

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
